More Research (This time from USDA researchers) Supports VeriPrime Cattlemen

A USDA study that was published in “Meat Science” concludes that preventing E. coli in cattle will make beef safer.  The authors are  from the USDA research center at Clay Center, Nebraska and they studied the effect of cattle shedding high levels of the bacteria.  They conclude that reducing the number of cattle shedding at a high level will reduce the risk of beef becoming contaminated.

You can read an abstract of the study here.
